Hi! My name is Madeline Smith and I am the FOUNDER and OWNER of MOVEMNT TRAINING
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and former Division I collegiate athlete with over six years of experience, I specialize in various training disciplines, including Functional Training, Athletic Training, High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength and Conditioning, Fat Loss, and Muscle Building. I have successfully worked with individuals at diverse fitness levels, helping them achieve their personal fitness goals and change their daily habits.
I understand that a fitness journey can be emotional and filled with many ups and downs. It is my greatest passion to guide my clients through their journey, being there every step of the way and ensuring they do the most to achieve their goals. My mission as your trainer is to guide, educate, and challenge you both inside and outside the gym to help you reach your specific goals and change your life
A Little More About Me:
Outside of coaching, I’m also deep in my own training journey. I’m a long-distance trail runner and hybrid athlete—blending strength training and endurance work to push both my physical and mental limits. Running has become a huge outlet for me; it’s where I find clarity, growth, and discipline. I’m currently training for my first ultramarathon and I’m continuing to challenge myself in both distance and performance.
I’ve also been a gym owner for the past two years, building a space that’s more than just a gym—it’s a community. I believe deeply in creating an environment that supports, empowers, and welcomes every person who walks through the doors.
At the end of the day, I’m someone who practices what I preach. I know what it’s like to juggle goals, setbacks, and real life. I show up for myself daily—and I’ll show up for you, too.
