Hi, I’m Patrick Dixon Trainer at MOVEMNT TRAINING.
I specialize in strength and conditioning, weight loss, muscle building, and athletic performance. I have a strong passion for working with athletes—especially when it comes to speed development, explosiveness, and overall strength. Whether you're preparing for a season, trying to level up your performance, or just looking to move and feel better, my goal is to help you get there with intention and intensity.
My training style is focused, structured, and built around consistency. I meet my clients where they’re at—but I won’t let them stay there. You can expect accountability, discipline, and the kind of challenge that brings growth on the other side.
I live by the “I can, I will” mindset. That means no excuses, no shortcuts—just a commitment to showing up and pushing through, even when it’s hard. I believe that with the right plan and the right mindset, you can achieve things you didn’t think were possible. And I’m here to help you prove that to yourself.
A Little More About Me:
Born and raised in Clovis/Fresno, CA, I’ve been an athlete my entire life. Sports, structure, and competition have always been a part of who I am, shaping how I approach life and the challenges that come with it.
But more than anything, I’m a father to two amazing boys. They are my greatest motivation and the reason I strive to be the best version of myself—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Fatherhood has grounded me, strengthened my perspective, and taught me what real leadership looks like.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. It’s what keeps me steady through life’s ups and downs, and it’s the reason I wake up each day ready to keep going.
