HI! My name is JOHNATHON ZAMORA, Personal Trainer at MOVEMNT Training
My movement philosophy is built around the idea that your body is always capable of adapting for the better, especially with the right structure and guidance. I studied Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology at Fresno State and Iām a Registered Nurse, which provides me with a strong foundation in how the body performs, recovers, and stays healthy long term.
A Little More About Me:
For my own fitness, I lean more toward running, strength training, and yoga. Outside of coaching, I enjoy being outdoors, with family and friends, and eating good food.
I see every day as an opportunity to keep progressing and move with intention. This is why I choose to train clients at Movemnt, because this training space provides all the tools to help you with long-term success in your movement-related goals.
