HI! My name is LUIS GONZALEZ, Personal Trainer at MOVEMNT Training

LG Fitness and Rehabilitation offers both private and semi-private training, with a strong emphasis on movement quality, motor control, mobility, balance, functional strength, and VO₂ max heart health development, among other key areas of fitness.

Your trainer, Luis, holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science, along with over eight years of professional training experience. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, beginners, individuals recovering from injuries, and older adults.

Clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome—Luis is committed to helping each individual achieve their personal health and performance goals.

A Little More About Me:

For my own personal fitness, I lean more towards joint mobility, strength training, and rowing for heart health. Outside of coaching, I enjoy cycling outdoors, snowboarding in the winter, spending time with my wife and friends, napping with my 3 dogs, and trying new restaurants in town.
