WHAT UP! My name is Preston Johnson and I am a Personal Trainer at MOVEMNT Training
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and have been for the past 3 years. I have multiple years of experience training group fitness classes of up to 30 people per class, as well as training in one-on-one environments. I specialize in High Intensity Interval Training, along with Strength & Cardio Training. I live for physical and mental transformations. Seeing my clients transform not only their bodies but their minds, truly ignites my fire for fitness. My mission is to make fitness fit into everyone’s life, not have fitness become their life.
A Little More About Me:
My passion for fitness and health started at a young age when I would train as a high school athlete. After graduating, I continued to deepen my knowledge in training as well as nutrition. Through this I went through my own personal transformation and lost 40lbs. I truly believe that consistent exercise and healthy nutritional habits can change someone's life.
I have two daughters that are my “why” behind everything that I do. I hope that I am able to inspire them through the way that I coach my clients, as well as I lead myself. Everyday I wake up knowing I’m doing exactly what I was born to do!
